I was first licensed in 2000 at the age of 23, by that time I had already built houses with my dad, worked on baseball and football stadiums and helped build condos and office buildings. With the experience gained in building and remodeling, I have a good eye for issues, and identifing quality work. 

After being in construction, moving into selling real estate just seemed like the right thing to do. I am consistently in the top 3% of Realtors in the state of Ohio, and top 5% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide. I sell on average 10 million dollars worth of real estate every year. From first time home buyers, to million-dollar homes I am experienced in all facets of the business. 
I have a very aggressive marketing campaign that gets your home in front of over 10,000 people weekly, on top of the normal Zillow, MLS etc.
